RORU - Sushi Rolls & Rice Bowls is a Japanese street food concept aimed at creating a modern and vibrant dining atmosphere that transport guests straight to the heart of Japan. Combining sleek, contemporary feel with authentic Japanese elements, we wanted our visitors to indulge not only in the food we create but the space as well. With a desire to build a contrasting space, we leaned into a bright red interior with cold Inox elements. We worked with local craftsmen to design interior elements that would accentuate and fit the space perfectly. Creating a balance in between comfort and brutality of the space.
