About
Two distinct islands shape the interior, merging culinary creativity and herbal wisdom. One island features the open kitchen, while the other serves as the herb counter. At each island's end, storage columns stand, guiding the flow and framing views of the kitchen and the interaction between the herbalist and cook. The design blends gastronomic delights with herbal insights in a serene haven.
The ambiance is tranquil and inviting, reflected in the use of raw, organic materials: cold-pressed Brussels earth blocks, sanded concrete, and end-grain wooden flooring. The ceiling, adorned with flocked cellulose, adds texture. Sustainability is key, with many wooden panels being reused.
