About
For the renovation of the first Brussels Beer Project establishment on Antoine Dansaert Street, we envisioned a place that reflects the brand: warm and straightforward.
A complete renovation was necessary, new floor screed, reworking the acoustics and lighting. The walls were clad with custom wood panels, some of which were stained orange, bringing a vibrant warmth to the whole, resonating with the amber hues of the beer.
The bar was mostly replaced, with the exception of the beer taps and two tiled modules. We therefore chose to keep these elements and make them our own by using corresponding finishes on the bar and certain wall sections, to which we added colored joints to create a connection with our other interventions.
A vestibule in the entrance, dressed in glass bricks, echoes the rear module that conceals the restrooms.
On the kitchen side, we rethought and expanded the production area, while creating a discreet mobile pass allowing the transfer of barrels to the neighboring shop, without disrupting the flow in the dining area.
The place combines wood, tiles, and glass in a bold and functional palette. A project conceived as a fluid and vibrant extension of the BBP universe, right in the heart of Dansaert.
