A committed vision, an enlightened gaze

On the occasion of Design September 2025, JFVA offers an immersion into a universe where aesthetics are never separated from ethics, where every detail of the store reflects a profoundly personal vision rooted in respect for craftsmanship, artistic collaboration, and material intelligence.

As a family-run, human-scale business, JFVA is part of a short supply chain of creation and production, in partnership with independent eyewear makers, exceptional artisans, and visual artists who have developed their own technologies.

The selection of eyewear collections stems from a selective and committed approach, guided by strong values: sustainability, integrity, and creative freedom.

The design of the space embodies an ongoing dialogue between art and craftsmanship. All the former furniture has been fully upcycled, giving new life to materials already rich with history.

Every object tells a story: Mario Ferretti’s table, created for the Velomolotof project from bicycle parts, symbolizes the fusion between personal passions and professional practices.

The intervention of Nathalie Pollet, whose sensitivity goes beyond simple graphic design, further enriches the reading of the space. She questions our relationship to the visual, to legibility, and to the very spatiality of the boutique.

At JFVA, design is never decorative: it is conceived as an aesthetic ecosystem, intimately tied to a consciously assumed ethic. It celebrates the hands that make, the minds that design, and the eyes that perceive.

Participating in Design September 2025 is, for JFVA, a way to share this approach, and to shine a light on another way of seeing – more human, more responsible, more inspired.
