About
The Mobile Kitchenette + Stool is a versatile, reconfigurable unit made from reclaimed materials, designed to adapt to various temporary settings such as outdoor kitchens, rental apartments, or events. The modular unit currently features a cooking facility and bucket, but can easily be customized to include a refrigerator, sink, or oven. Guided by Hitch’s architectural manifesto, the design maximizes future adaptability and reuse. Production is carried out in collaboration with social economy partners and made to order.
