About

Adeline and Maxime Halot, two pationate artists, present their works side by side, blurring the lines between art and design. Adeline, with her woven sculptures, and Maxime, through his sculptural furniture, both draw inspiration from the rhythms and complex interactions between light, material, and form. Adeline's work captures the ethereal qualities of light and shadow, translating transient beauty into tactile, organic forms made from linen threads and metal. Her sculptures evoke a delicate balance between stillness and movement, infusing her materials with a sense of life and fluidity. Maxime, on the other hand, explores the possibilities of metal, transforming industrial materials into elegant architectural pieces. His creations play with contrasts between lightness and heaviness, fullness and emptiness. His recent experiments with steel oxidation reveal vibrant colors and organic patterns, highlighting the intrinsic qualities of the material. Together, their works form a dialogue between the organic and the industrial, where the interaction of light and material creates a rich and nuanced expression of their shared artistic vision.
