‘Design and Desire – Down the Rabbit Hole’
About
Design and Desire - Down the Rabbit Hole’ explores the entangled relationship between creativity and commodification within a landscape increasingly shaped by algorithms, affective economies, and the allure of viral culture.
We ask where are we now in the friction and feedback loop between design and desire?

The exhibition aims to bring together a range of objects and media by contemporary Belgian artists and designers whose work in part interrogates or subverts the relationship between design and desire, creativity and the systems of consumption that sustain and/or distort it.
The exhibition invites visitors to reflect on the role of consumer and creative, as both passive and active participants in a world shaped by relentless cycles of want and production. _dp3.0 present a space where design becomes uncanny and unstable and where function slips into fantasy and vice versa.
The show includes works from: Eléonore Joulin, Pierre-Yves Morrel, Wobbe Micha, Igor Dieryck, Mats Rombaut, Peter Donders
Jean-Paul Lespagnard, Nicolas Erauw, Daniel Henry, Damien Gernay, Xavier Servas and Sarah Mayer.
The exhibition is curated by '_dp3.0' in collaboration with 'Rempart 44'
Opening times:
Friday 19/09 from 6pm - Opening cocktails
Saturday 20/09 from 11am - 6pm
