Erased Studio recently designed the interior for BATCH, a café, restaurant, and bar on Chaussée de Waterloo in Ixelles. In a former bakery, they created a versatile layout that transitions from a bright café by day to an intimate restaurant by night. The space includes a bar, terrace, ground floor, mezzanine, and private garden, allowing for various privacy levels and interactions. Drawing inspiration from traditional Belgian brasseries, Erased Studio used simple, high-quality materials like lacquered wood and stainless steel. They also crafted custom furniture and collaborated with graphic designer Lisbeth Antoine to create a cohesive visual identity, blending the charm of the past with contemporary flair.
