The opening exhibition of Augusta sustainable design gallery presents the work of designers Louise Richard, Roxane Lahidji, La Gadoue, Didier Henry, Ariane van Dievoet.
This first exhibition sets the tone by highlighting the work of designers based in Belgium whose research explores the possibilities of materials in a sustainable approach.
Located in the Sablon, Augusta exhibits unique and innovative pieces made by designers from reused or bio-sourced materials.
The reuse of materials has also guided the transformation of the space. Designer Ariane van Dievoet, co-founder of the gallery, renovated the space in a sustainable and circular approach, using a maximum of existing materials and favouring natural materials.
