17 (vital) Boundaries

About

17 ( VITAL ) BOUNDARIES
Self-imposed, non-existing, porous, dual, (un)necessary, vital, imminent, reassuring, tempting, hollow, self-righteous, (in)sincere, enforced, involuntary, temporary, simple, permanent, staggering, provoking, overwhelming, unstable, persuasive, exciting, clear, common, unseen, delicate, insightful boundaries.

17 (vital) boundaries is the best off Luca School of Arts interior design.
Luca is an artistic school which focusses on the individuality and conceptual thinking of their students.
This leads to a confrontational and hands-on design process, where boundaries are explored and self- made. Even though you could question their viability, they are crucial in ones development of their project and character.
This scenography allows space to encounter, sense and transgress these thresholds yourself. You’re greeted by a light installation imitating walls, enabling you to interact and manoeuvre in to the following intimate zones. These are created by light and a variety of pillars. The pillars take their inspiration from the rich flax history of the Texture museum.
