Dam Sum, the finest dumplings restaurant in town, expanded to the heart of Brussels and we were thrilled to be part of the adventure once again. The location, Quai au Bois à Brûler, was once the city fish market and we felt it was the right starting point for this new outlet. Going all the way back to the dim sums’ country of origin, we wandered the streets of the Shanghai fish market (thanks to our photography book collection and the world wide web ;)) and created visual connections between both environments. Don’t wait another minute and take a journey into chinese delicacy in a unique environment, strongly anchored to both tradition and urban context. Pictures are coming soon… let our moodboard inspire you in the meantime!
